In 2006, a collaborative effort was initiated by Dave Runions and his father Terry Runions, leading to the establishment of D&T Plumbing Limited. This partnership commenced its journey by undertaking modest-scale commercial ventures. Focusing on the construction and maintenance of gas stations across Alberta, D&T Plumbing swiftly achieved notable triumph, utilizing this accomplishment as a foundation for further growth. The company expanded its scope by securing site service agreements with Shell Canada. Subsequently, it embarked on the construction of service stations for prominent entities such as Imperial Oil, Suncor, and Husky Oil.

Beyond its involvement with service stations, D&T Plumbing has successfully executed an array of projects since 2007. These encompass diverse undertakings, including senior’s lodges, strip malls, warehouses, schools, and multi-family condominium buildings.
