Greetings, I am Kyle Lumsden. Back in 1996, my business journey commenced alongside my partner with a single truck and our modest basement office as the foundation of ClearView. Our ethos was built on valuing each and every customer, leading us to adopt a customer-centric approach rooted in the golden rule.
The seeds of exceptional customer service were sown within me at the age of 12, ignited by my reading of “How to Win Friends and Influence People.” This book left an indelible mark on me. As time advanced, I had the opportunity to assist a friend with a plumbing job, an experience that left a lasting impression. When I shared this with my father, he encouraged me, noting that my knack for the task could translate into a fulfilling career.
This inspiration steered me towards an apprenticeship in construction plumbing, although my affinity for interpersonal interactions and the service sector persisted. Fueled by literary works such as “Customers for Life” and “The Marriott Way,” I found my calling in service plumbing. And thus, in 1996, the inception of ClearView occurred, an endeavor that eventually led me to buy out my partner in 2001.
From those modest beginnings, ClearView has flourished into a fleet of 9 trucks and a dedicated team of over 12 skilled professionals. Our focus remains on not only promptly resolving your immediate issues but also eradicating their root causes to prevent recurrence.
